In 2021 the District was awarded a $10,000 grant from DuPont’s Clear Into The Future Grant. With this money the District is aiding the City of Circleville’s park, Mary Virginia Crites Hannan, in improving the prairies and replacing worn out signs around the park. The District will be working with the City to prepare the sign for a fall burn to remove invasive species and to improve the general health of the prairie.
